The rules that keep Stockovaa safe, reliable, and fair for every business that uses it.
Last updated:
This Acceptable Use Policy (βAUPβ) applies to everyone who accesses or uses Stockovaa, including account owners, staff users, and anyone acting on their behalf. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By using Stockovaa you agree to this AUP.
You may not use Stockovaa to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained goods, or launder money.
- Upload malware, run exploits, scan, probe, or attempt to breach security or access data that is not yours.
- Gain unauthorized access to another tenant's account, database, or files.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest data without consent.
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or post defamatory, harassing, or obscene content.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the platform (e.g. denial-of-service, automated abuse, or excessive polling).
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, use strong passwords, grant staff only the access they need, and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise. Please do not publicly disclose a vulnerability in the platform before giving us a reasonable chance to remediate it.
Plan limits (such as products, invoices, users, and store locations) are described on our Pricing page. Automated access must respect published rate limits. We may throttle or suspend activity that threatens the stability, security, or performance of the platform for other customers.
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may warn you, remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, and where appropriate report the matter to the relevant authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund. We will use reasonable judgment and, where practical, give you an opportunity to correct the issue.
Suspected abuse? Report it via our Contact page and we will investigate.
