This is the role closest to the customer we have. You spend your week in shops and pharmacies, demonstrating the product on a phone or a laptop, and answering the same three objections until you can answer them in your sleep.
It is also a strong entry point into the company. Several people who now work elsewhere in the team started here.
What you will do
- Visit businesses, introduce Stockovaa and run short live demonstrations.
- Qualify interest properly, so the team that follows up is not chasing noise.
- Support activations run by the brand activation team.
- Log every conversation the same day, in the same place, in the same shape.
- Report what owners say they need, especially when it is not what we sell.
What we are looking for
- One or more years in field sales, retail or customer facing work.
- Confident demonstrating software to someone who has never used any.
- Reliable about follow up. Most of this job is the second conversation.
- Based in Lagos and able to move around the city daily.
Nice to have
- You have worked in or around retail, a pharmacy or a supermarket.
- You have used a point of sale system as an operator.
