About the role

What you will do
- Map and improve how work moves between teams.
- Own vendor relationships, tooling and internal administration.
- Coordinate hiring logistics and onboarding for new joiners.
- Keep policy, compliance and record keeping in order.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in operations, ideally in a growing company.
- You have written a process people actually followed.
- Comfortable with numbers and with spreadsheets other people rely on.
- Based in Lagos and in the office most of the week.
Nice to have
- You have worked in a technology company through a growth stage.
- Familiar with Nigerian employment and tax administration.
