Partnership Manager

About the role
Our partner programme pays a commission on every business a partner brings. It works, and it is smaller than it should be. This role makes it bigger and keeps it honest.
What you will do
- Recruit partners, resellers and consultants who already serve our customers.
- Onboard them properly, so their first referral is not their last.
- Own partner performance and the commission conversations that come with it.
- Work with finance so payouts are correct and on time.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in partnerships, channel sales or business development.
- You have built a partner relationship from nothing to producing revenue.
- Comfortable with commercial terms and commission structures.
Nice to have
- You have run a reseller or affiliate programme before.
- You know accounting firms, IT consultancies or equipment vendors in this market.
