Turn Ingredients Into Finished Goods, and Keep Both Counts Right

Write a recipe once, then record a production run that consumes the components and creates the finished product in the same movement, across the warehouse you made it in.

If You Make What You Sell, Stock Moves in Two Directions

A bakery, a bottler, a furniture workshop or anyone assembling a kit has a problem ordinary inventory software does not solve. Producing something is not a purchase and it is not a sale. Raw materials leave, finished goods appear, and the value of one becomes the value of the other. Recorded as two separate adjustments, it is guesswork within a week.

Stockovaa treats a production run as one event. You define a recipe listing what goes into a finished product and in what quantity, then record a run against it. Components come out of stock, the finished item goes in, and both sides of the movement are written together in the same transaction, in the warehouse where the work happened.

How It Works

Recipes

List the components and quantities that make one unit of a finished product, and reuse it for every run.

Two Sided Production Runs

One record consumes the components and creates the finished goods, so the counts can never disagree.

Per Warehouse

Produce in the location that actually did the work, and see the effect on that location's stock.

Cost Carried Through

What went in shapes what the finished item costs you, which is what your margin reports read.

A Production Record

Every run is kept, with what was made, from what, when and by whom.

Reversible

Delete a run and the stock movement it made is reversed rather than quietly left behind.

What You Gain

Honest Raw Material Counts

Components are drawn down as you use them, so you reorder against reality.

A Real Cost per Unit

Know what a finished item costs you to make before you decide what to charge for it.

Repeatable Output

The recipe is written down, so the same product is made the same way by whoever is on shift.

One Catalogue

Components and finished goods live in the same product list your POS and reports already use.
