Reports is a plan feature. If your sidebar does not show it, your plan does not carry it: open Billing and Subscription, then Change plan, and the screen names the plan that includes it. The pricing page compares all four plans.
The dashboard has eight figures across Today, Last 7 Days, This Month and This Year, and each carries a small information icon saying exactly how it is worked out. Those definitions matter more than the numbers.

Profit includes expenses, which is why recording them matters. Each card has a button through to the list it summarises.

- Most reports carry a date range and a warehouse filter. Set both before you read the total.
- Export CSV takes the filtered set, not just the page you can see.
- The Account statement under Accounting is usually what an accountant wants, one account at a time with an opening and a closing balance.
Cost and cost value are hidden for some roles. If a column is blank where a colleague sees a figure, that is the permission rather than missing data, and an owner or an administrator can change it.
