AI profit projection is a plan feature. If your sidebar does not show it, your plan does not carry it: open Billing and Subscription, then Change plan, and the screen names the plan that includes it. The pricing page compares all four plans.
  • AI Profit Projection, then AI dashboard.
  • Choose the Select Projection Period. The options are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 months ahead, and it starts on 3.
  • Choose a Projection Type. Conservative uses lower estimates, Standard leaves the figures as calculated, and Optimistic uses higher ones.
  • Press Start AI Analysis.

Nothing outside Stockovaa is needed. There is no key to buy and no provider to sign up to. It reads your own sales history.

If there is not enough sales history it refuses rather than guessing, and says so: a forecast built on two weeks of sales looks exactly as confident as one built on two years, and it would be wrong.

Each projection carries a confidence percentage. Projection History keeps them all, with PDF and CSV per projection and a Compare Selected button that lays up to three side by side on one month axis.

Running the same projection twice will not give the same answer, and the screen says so. Treat a projection as a scenario rather than a fact, and compare several rather than trusting one.

The Accuracy Report shows how close past projections turned out. Checking begins automatically once a projected month has passed, and projected months are checked once a day at 5am after they have passed. Grades read Excellent, Good, Fair or Improving.

So a new account sees nothing here for a month. That is the design, not a fault.

Reorder suggestions works out what is running low based on how fast it has been selling. Products are banded as OUT OF STOCK, CRITICAL, LOW or HEALTHY, and you can filter to one band or export the whole list to CSV.

Goals sets a revenue and a profit target per period and tracks them against your live figures. New Goal asks for the Period Type, the Year, a Revenue Target and a Profit Target, and warns you if the profit target is higher than the revenue target.

Projection settings holds four numbers: Analysis Window in days, Supplier Lead Time in days, Safety Buffer in days and History Window in months. The first three change the reorder suggestions.

History Window is saved but not yet in use, and the screen says so. Projections currently always read the last 12 months whatever it is set to, so changing it will not change your results.
