Print barcodes and shelf labels

Queue up products, choose a paper size and print. Plus the one thing that clears your list without warning.

  • Product, then Print barcodes.
  • Choose a Warehouse first. Labels carry the price for one warehouse, so the screen will not let you add products before you pick one.
  • Use Add Product to search by name or code and add each item.
  • Set the Quantity for each row, which is how many labels of that product you want.
  • Choose what appears under Information on Label and pick a Paper Size.
  • Press Print labels.

Changing the warehouse clears the list, because the prices on the labels belong to the warehouse you picked. Finish one warehouse before you switch.

Every label is printed as a Code 128 barcode. The symbology is fixed by the server and cannot be changed on this screen, whatever a product's own Barcode Symbology says.

Add New Setting takes you to Barcode settings, where you define the sticker sheets you actually buy, including continuous feed and roll stock, and mark one as the default.

  • Wrong size: check Paper Size here, and check the sheet you defined under Settings, then Barcode settings.
  • Wrong price: you are on the wrong warehouse. Change it and rebuild the list.
  • The scanner will not read them: most scanners need keyboard emulation mode. Test by scanning into a text box and seeing whether the digits appear.
