What each plan includes, and how to check yours

Free, Starter, Business and Enterprise carry different features and different limits. Here is how to find out what yours carries without guessing.

There are four plans: Free, Starter, Business and Enterprise. Every one of them carries products and categories, and purchases and sales. That is the floor, and nothing takes it away.

Everything else is a feature your plan either carries or does not: sale returns, purchase returns, expenses, other income, stock transfers, quotations, deliveries, stock count and adjustments, reports, HR and payroll, accounting, AI profit projection, custom domain, manufacturing, the online store, WooCommerce sync, Service, Projects, Channels, Messaging, Ask, Showcase, sale exchanges, instalment plans and bookings.

Do not work it out from a table. Your plan's feature list is a field on your account that can be changed, so the product itself is the only answer that is current.

  • Your sidebar is the short answer. A feature your plan does not carry does not appear in it.
  • Open a locked screen from a link and you get a panel reading that the feature is part of a named plan, with the one line explaining what it does and a button reading See what that plan includes.
  • Billing and Subscription shows Current plan, Billing cycle, Price and Renews on.
  • Change plan lays the plans side by side with what each one costs on the monthly and the yearly cycle.

The pricing page on the public site compares all four, and it reads the same plan records the signup form charges against, so the two cannot disagree.

Two different things hide a screen, and they look identical from the outside.

  • Your plan does not carry the feature. Changing plan is the fix.
  • Your role does not carry the permission. The account owner changes that under Settings, then Roles and permissions. Nothing about your plan is involved.

The wording tells you which. A plan block names a plan and offers Change plan. A permission block says you do not have access to the screen and asks you to speak to whoever manages your team.
