Channels gives a product a shareable link, counts the clicks, and serves your whole catalogue to Meta Commerce Manager as a feed.

Channels is a plan feature. If your sidebar does not show it, your plan does not carry it: open Billing and Subscription, then Change plan, and the screen names the plan that includes it. The pricing page compares all four plans.

Channels is one sidebar entry with four screens behind it. Channels itself shows what your shared links earned. Channels catalogue is where you choose what to share. Meta feed is the address Meta reads your catalogue from. Channels settings decides where a shared link goes and what your messages say.

Revenue and orders are not attributed yet. The dashboard says so on the screen, and the Revenue and Orders tiles read Not measured yet rather than showing a figure. Clicks and Published products are real. Do not judge a campaign on the revenue column, because nothing is being written into it.

Open Channels settings before anything else, because a shared link needs somewhere to go.

  • Tick Channels is on. With it off your shared links stop resolving and your Meta feed stops being served. Nothing is deleted.
  • Choose A shared link opens. The options are a product page they can read first, straight into a WhatsApp chat with you, or your online store. The third only appears if your plan includes the online store.
  • Choose If that is not available, open, which is the fallback.
  • Fill Your WhatsApp number if links open WhatsApp. It has to be the full international form, for example +2348012345678, or the screen refuses it.
  • Write your Share text, Order message, Payment message and Delivery message. The screen lists the placeholders it can fill in. Anything else in braces is removed before the message is sent.
  • Press Save changes on the bar that appears.

Open Channels catalogue. Tick the products you want, then press Publish and the number of products. There is no publish button on an individual row, only the bulk one that appears once something is ticked.

Channels refuses to publish a product that would embarrass you. If it stops you, it names the reason on each product.

  • Add a photo first. A product with no image will not sell on social.
  • This is out of stock. Publishing it sends customers to something you cannot ship.
  • Set a price first. A shared link with no price is not a shop.

Nothing is published when one product in the selection fails. Fix them or unselect them and try again. Copy link on a published row gives you the link to paste into a post.

The feed is a web address Meta reads on its own schedule. You need a Meta Commerce Manager account for this, and nothing else. There is no app to create and no access token.

  • Open Meta feed. If it says This feed has not been set up yet, press Change the address and type regenerate into the confirmation box.
  • Press Show the address to read it, or Copy address to copy it without putting it on screen.
  • In Meta Commerce Manager, add that address as a scheduled data source.
  • Back in Stockovaa, Rebuild now regenerates the file. It does not tell Meta anything. Meta reads on its own timetable and picks up the new build then.

Changing the address breaks every feed already set up in Meta. The old address stops working immediately, so only regenerate when you mean to reconnect Meta afterwards.

Meta feed shows two rows worth knowing. Feed is one of Not set up, Ready or Needs attention. Build is one of Nothing running, Queued, Building or Last build failed. Products left out and Errors tell you how much of the catalogue Meta will actually receive.

A link you copied opens nothing. The product page a shared link points at is still being built, the same unfinished piece that affects Showcase. The click is still counted.

Share your products with a QR code

Showcase turns your product list into a code you can print on a card, a window or a receipt, without setting up an online store.
